TC 30 Price

I have gotten a price for a TC30 HST 4WD, Woods model 1012 Loader with 66" bucket, T4 tires filled with water (we get down to 25 degress once in a while) - for $15,750 is this about right?

What shold I pay for a Woods (or other) 4" or 5" rotary cutter and a box with teeth.

I have four acres of land that I need to take care of and some of it is a horse arena that needs to be kept dug up. Would a disc be able to do this and if so how big??? Otherwise what cost to a rototiller and brand.

Any suggestions to this non-farm boy would be appreciated. Hope I am not asking too much.
